All products are made in small batches and availability may vary due to seasonal ingredients and production limits. We reserve the right to:

Arizona-Only Sales & Pickup

At this time, our products are available to Arizona residents only. Orders are fulfilled through:

Local pickup

Farmers markets

Select Arizona retail locations

We do not currently ship products outside the state of Arizona.

Cottage Food Disclosure

Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Arizona Department of Health Services, in accordance with Arizona Cottage Food laws.

Products may contain common allergens such as:

Please contact us with any allergy or ingredient questions before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

Payment must be received before orders are fulfilled unless otherwise arranged.

For custom or event orders:

A deposit may be required

Final payment must be received prior to pickup or delivery

Large or wholesale orders require advance notice

Custom & Event Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for your event. Due to the nature of these products:

Deposits are non-refundable

Changes may be limited once production has begun

Pickup dates must be honored

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make adjustments.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Food Storage & Handling

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after pickup. We are not responsible for products that are:

Left in extreme heat

Improperly stored

Consumed past recommended freshness

Limitation of Liability

AZ Wild West Preserves is not responsible for any damages or allergic reactions resulting from the misuse, improper storage, or consumption of our products.

Intellectual Property
